Pink Classic Hummus Recipe With Raw Beetroot
This is a delicious pink classic hummus recipe with raw beetroot. And it’s a SUPER easy recipe. In other words, it is a lovely way to play around with a classic hummus. And don’t be scared of the beet as I was before. In fact, this recipe makes it really savory without the strong beetroot taste.

As you know, hummus is part of the Arabic culture and I love it. It means “chickpeas” as it is the key ingredient of it. On top of that, this recipe has raw beetroot (no cooking required), olive oil, lemon, tahini, garlic and the spices.
Honestly I love to make this pink beetroot hummus recipe for girly dinners or birthday party, it is always a winner !
Finally, it is done in a whizz (10 minutes) as you pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until you have a very smooth texture.

How to eat hummus?
It is great to eat your hummus with raw veggies. Furthermore, I love to top my greens or quinoa salad with some hummus too. Or, you can even spread it over crackers or toasts !!!
And multi-tasking, this pink hummus recipe will save you time. Here, I propose a pinky and super easy version, full of flavors along with a beautiful bright color that you can store for up to 5 days in your fridge.

What to know about chickpeas
Chickpeas —also called gram or garbanzo beans— are a versatile and nutritious legume that’s a staple in many plant-based diets. They’re an excellent source of healthy plant-based protein, making them a perfect addition whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to eat more wholesome foods.
Beyond protein, chickpeas are packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The fiber in chickpeas is especially beneficial—it seems to help lower cholesterol levels and supports healthy digestion. Plus, they provide lasting energy to keep you fueled throughout the day.
