TASTY KALE HUMMUS RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 can organic chickpeas/garbanzo
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 leaves baby kale, ribs removed and tear into pieces
- 1 garlic clove, cut into pieces
- 2 limes and zest
- ½ avocado
- 2-3 pinches coriander and cumin powder
- ½ chili (optional)
- Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- ⅓ tsp natural sesame seeds for decoration

Instructions
- Clean your kale with clear water and remove the ribs (save the ribs to juice them in the morning). Tear into pieces.
- Chop your garlic clove into pieces.
- Rinse the chickpeas.
- In a food processor, pulse all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add 1 or 2 Tbsp of water if needed. Place in a lovely bowl and top with sesame seeds !
