at @lumeriayoga was a fantastic way to immerse myself in Bali’s beauty! 🌿 While the yoga flow was a lovely part of the experience, the real highlight was the incredible exploration of Ubud and its surroundings. Ditya led us on unforgettable adventures, from stunning rice fields to sacred water purification ceremonies. It was truly a journey of discovery, with yoga and wellness woven in. The plant-based meals were delicious, and the sauna/cold plunge was a great addition. Check out this amazing adventure from slide 11 🫶🏻

I get it! My homemade weapon? This PINK AND SWEET smoothie that tastes like dessert but is packed with goodness! 💖 Trust me, they’ll be begging for more. 😉

✨ My Magic Mix:

1 Banana (for sweetness & creaminess)
1 cup Frozen Raspberries (hello, antioxidants!)
1 cup Frozen Pink Dragonfruit (or more raspberries for that vibrant color!)
3 Dates (naturally sweet & full of fiber)
2 tbsp Almond Flour (healthy fats, protein & texture)
1-2 cups Water (or more, for desired consistency)
Blend until smooth in a high speed blender, pour into 2 cute medium glasses, and watch the cravings disappear! 🌸🌷💝
