This delicious grain free waffles recipe is the easiest waffle recipe ever that I love to cook for the kids. Craving for waffles, dreaming about a house that smells warm waffles, you need to try out this delicious recipe. Those amazing waffles are gluten free because I use coconut flour only. On top of it, they are made with banana, eggs (that I choose organic), coconut oil, baking soda, almond milk, soaked cashews and raw cacao. The cacao make them full of flavor and rich in taste.

They are so tasty and a real success at home and with friends. So I usually bake them for my kids birthday party !

Finally, once it’s done, you can serve those delicious grain free (and chocolaty) waffles with a mix of fruits, sprinkle them with coconut flakes or coconut sugar. A best seller at home is when I top them with yoghurt & my homemade blueberry chia jam.

Top Tip about freezing waffles

You can freeze the waffles easily for 1 month in the freezer. Take them out around 1h before enjoying it or place them in a toaster for 30 seconds.

Kids will love it as an afternoon snack with their friends !!
