Infused Ice Cubes Recipe
I want to share another way to enjoy infused water with herbs, fruits, lemon etc… It is my colorful infused ice cubes recipe. Actually I already published how to do infused or detox water (this post is a hit). For me it is a great way to upgrade my water.
Infused ice cubes are incredibly SIMPLE to make and they are another perfect addition to your water during the hot summer months.
And about the taste, it’s light and delicious. It looks as well so lovely, fancy and sophisticated when the fruits, veggies and/or herbs are floating around in the water. This is the perfect addition to any party.
Infused ice cubes can flavor anything from water to cocktail, without any sugar addition. It’s all natural flavor here.
About water
This is something I learned over the years, water is our body source of life. So I try to always stay hydrated.
Water helps to flush out toxins of your body and keeps your skin elastic and plump. This is one of the top tip for a healthy lifestyle !
Top Tip (for kids)
Infused ice cubes are the best way to get your kids drinking more water. They love to make them and to observe how the ice cubes thaw in their glass. It’s a nice way to learn them about the importance of water in our life.
To make it more fun, freeze them using a circle ice cube tray or any other fun shape you have at home.
Healthy infused ice cubes and…
Colorful, refreshing, hydrating & detoxifying !
