A nice way to have something creamy on hand, but dairy free and full of good stuffs. Really easy to do. This hummus is done in a very short time (you can always have cleaned kale in the fridge to save more time).
3 leavesbaby kale, ribs removed and tear into pieces
1garlic clove, cut into pieces
2limes and zest
½avocado
2-3pinchescoriander and cumin powder
½chili (optional)
Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
⅓tspnatural sesame seeds for decoration

Instructions
Clean your kale with clear water and remove the ribs (save the ribs to juice them in the morning). Tear into pieces.
Chop your garlic clove into pieces.
Rinse the chickpeas.
In a food processor, pulse all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add 1 or 2 Tbsp of water if needed. Place in a lovely bowl and top with sesame seeds !
