This tahini dill dressing is a creamy dressing with a touch of spice. This is just the way I like it (and I hope you like it too).
Have you ever tried to use tahini ? If you haven’t, you have to taste this delicious dressing recipe that bursts into flavors. And this is a dressing or sauce that you can basically use for everything : from sandwich to salad or roasted vegetables.
In this tahini dill recipe you have to imagine the delicious anise-like taste of the dill, the sweetness and croquant from the pomegranate seeds and the nutty flavor from the tahini! And it’s the tahini that adds a smooth touch to the dressing.
Actually this recipe finds inspiration into the ingredients of the beautiful middle-east, where I do live and create recipes (tahini and pomegranate).
How easy is this delicious tahini sauce?
And guess what?! You only need 5 ingredients & 5 minutes to make this dressing! You mix all the ingredients in a blender except the pomegranate. No less no more.

Dill has many benefits. Well known fact : it helps to boost our digestive health and to provide relief from insomnia.
And in the past it was regularly use for culinary and medicinal purposes.
It gives a strong, tangy and appetizing flavor, containing flavonoids, minerals and certain amino acids. So it’s definitely good ! You can eat it raw too, for extra vitamins.

Tahini Dill Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp pomegranate, seeds only
- 1-2 pinch(es) of Himalayan salt & freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients (except the pomegranate seeds) in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and add 2 Tbsp of fresh pomegranate seeds. Mix well with a spoon. It’s ready !
