Homemade Hemp Milk Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds (hulled)
- 500 ml water
- 1 Medjool date or 2 tsp maple syrup, optional
- 1-2 tsp vanilla powder or cinnamon powder, optional
Instructions
- Place hemp seeds into a high speed blender with fresh water (500 ml).
- Optionally add the date or maple syrup and a pinch of vanilla powder to the blender.
- Blend for about 40-50 seconds and enjoy this delicious dairy free milk. Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. And shake before serving.
