Homemade Hemp Milk Recipe

Running out of non dairy milk? Try this recipe, super easy, very tasty and packed with superfood ! A winner !

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds (hulled)
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 Medjool date or 2 tsp maple syrup, optional
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla powder or cinnamon powder, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place hemp seeds into a high speed blender with fresh water (500 ml).
  • Optionally add the date or maple syrup and a pinch of vanilla powder to the blender.
  • Blend for about 40-50 seconds and enjoy this delicious dairy free milk. Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. And shake before serving.
