Energy Booster Smoothie With Beetroot
Ingredients
- 1 small raw beetroot, peeled and cut into chunks, 100 gr (approx.)
- 1 banana cut into pieces
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 small cucumber, 75 gr (approx.)
- ¾ cup spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp hempseeds
- 1 date, (optional)
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 ice cubes

- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy !
