¼ cupvegetal milk , (I use rice, soya or macadamia milk, but any other non dairy milk will work)

Instructions
Soak the dates in hot water for about 5 minutes to make them moist and easy to blend. Then, remove the dates (and save the water for a smoothie).
Simply put all ingredients in a food processor or a blender (if possible a small or medium container) and mix until smooth. If you use a big blender perhaps you will need to stop a few times, scrap off the sides and blend again.
Fill in small glasses or cups with the delicious mousse and chill them in the fridge for at least 1h.
Sprinkle them with some raw cacao nibs, roasted coconut flakes or a big batch of lovely raspberries, before serving.
