Salad 5 radishes, sliced 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes (red, yellow, green….anything tasty and colorful), cut in half 1 tbsp blueberries 1 tsp pink peppercorn , fresh or dried 10 goat Labneh balls or 3 Tbsp feta chunks 10 basil leaves Dressing A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar cream 1 tbsp apple cider vinager
Wash the radishes, tomatoes, and basil leaves. Slice the radishes. Then chop the tomatoes in halves. And place them in a medium bowl and mix well.
Add to it the blueberries, peppercorn, and Labneh balls (or chunks of feta).
Drizzle your salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar cream, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
