INGREDIENTS
Red layer
3cupsstrawberries, washed and stem removed
1orange, freshly juiced
1grapefruit, freshly juiced
1-2tbspmaple syrup - (optional)
White layer
1can(small can) coconut milk
1vanilla pod or few pinches of vanilla powder
1tbspmaple syrup - (optional)
Chocolate Ganache
100 grdark chocolate
1tbspcoconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
RED LAYER
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
Pour the mixture into ¾ of each popsicle molds.
WHITE LAYER
Using a whisker, mix the coconut can with the vanilla and pour slowly over the 1st layer.
Freeze your popsicles for at least 4 hours.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE - Once your pops are ready
Melt 100 gr of good quality dark chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Set aside.
Remove the ice pops from freezer (once set) and pour some of the chocolate mixture on top of it.
Sprinkle with nuts. Work quickly, then set back in the freezer to harden (I use to place them on a piece of parchment paper and put them back in a box in the freezer) or serve immediately as a dessert on a tray.
