Soak all ingredients with 1 tbsp of baking soda for 10-15 minutes and rinse well or peel them.
Cut them into medium to small pieces.
If using a juicer : juice everything together.
If using a blender : add all ingredients with a bit of water, blend until smooth, then strain if you prefer a clear juice (or keep it pulpy for more fibre).
Drink straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
