Skin-on beetroot, apple, carrot and ginger juice, easy and nutrients-rich

Who said healthy can’t taste amazing? This beetroot juice is proof. It is sweet, refreshing, and packed with goodness in every sip.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple (red or green)
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 3-4 ice-cubes for serving, optional

Equipment

  • 1 Slow juicer OR
  • 1 Blender (and 1 sieve)

Instructions
 

  • Soak all ingredients with 1 tbsp of baking soda for 10-15 minutes and rinse well or peel them.
  • Cut them into medium to small pieces.
  • If using a juicer : juice everything together.
  • If using a blender : add all ingredients with a bit of water, blend until smooth, then strain if you prefer a clear juice (or keep it pulpy for more fibre).
  • Drink straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
