RED BERRIES COCONUT BOWL

If don't know what to do for breakfast, try this red berries bowl : gluten free and delish !

INGREDIENTS

BOWL

  • 1 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or frozen strawberries *
  • 2 small frozen (or fresh) zucchinis (raw)
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter (or coconut bliss)
  • 3 tbsp coconut water (or more)
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder (optional)

TOPPING

  • 1 tbsp Tiger Nuts shredded or plain
  • Few slices of fresh coconut (or coconut flakes)
  • 1/4 dragon fruit sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • Few blueberries and red currant

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed to get a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the liquid into a bowl and top it with your favorite fruits and superfoods.

Notes & Tips

*If you don't have raspberries, it works perfectly too.
