MY GO TO TAHINI DRESSING

This is a basic in my kitchen. You can adjust it to your own taste by adding more lemon, a splash of maple syrup or some chili flakes if you want it spicy.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil , (or hot/warm water if you want to reduce oil)
  • 3-4 tbsp hot/warm water
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes , optional
  • ½ lemon, optional (if you want a lemony touch)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth (starting with 3 tablespoons of water. And if you want the dressing to be more liquid, add an extra tablespoon of hot water).
  • Keep in the fridge in an airtight jar for up to 4 days.
  • Each time you use this delicious Tahini dressing, stir it well and add eventually a bit of water to have a nice runny texture.
