A great (and easy) alternative to dairy milk. Just soak the nuts you have on hands. Perfect for the whole family, from granola, cereals to pudding and pancakes. Free of preservatives and other oils and sugar.

Ingredients

mixed nuts (almonds, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts)

dates (seeds removed) or 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
Soak the nuts in a big bowl overnight and cover with 2 inches of water. Let them soak for 12 hours or more (up to 2 days).
The next morning drain the nuts and rinse them with clear water.
Add the nuts, dates, cinnamon or vanilla with a pinch of Himalayan salt in a high-speed blender and add 3 cups of water.
Blend them for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.

Fill the milk into a glass bottle (with a lid) and place it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Shake well each time before using.
