INGREDIENTS
1 cupmixed nuts (almonds, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts)
3 cupswater
2dates (seeds removed) or 1 Tbsp maple syrup - optional
½tspcinnamon or vanilla powder - optional
1pinchHimalayan salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the nuts in a big bowl overnight and cover with 2 inches of water. Let them soak for 12 hours or more (up to 2 days).
The next morning drain the nuts and rinse them with clear water.
Add the nuts, dates, cinnamon or vanilla with a pinch of Himalayan salt in a high-speed blender and add 3 cups of water.
Blend them for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
