Kombucha mocktail, my type of healthy fizzy drink

KOMBUCHA MOCKTAIL, MY TYPE OF HEALTHY FIZZY DRINK

What's better than a kombucha "mocktail" with an extra kick of vitamins on top of it ? It tastes fantastic ! Easy and delicious, as always !

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup raw kombucha, (unflavored or flavored with something neutral like ginger or lime)
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (totally optional)
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries under clean running water and remove the stem. Cut them in half.
  • Pour all the ingredients and 3 ice cubes in a blender. Blend it for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the drink over ice cubes and enjoy !
