Be sure that you have some coffee ready or make it first. Let it cool down while you do the rest.
ALMOND MILK (optional) - SKIP if you have your nut milk ready
Soak the nuts in a big bowl overnight.
The next morning drain the nuts and rinse them well.
Add almonds in a high speed blender with 3 cups of water and a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla powder. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
Sieve the milk through a nut milk bag or a cheese cloth, then pour it into a sealed glass bottle and store it in the fridge (for up to 2 days).
ICED LATTE
Place 3 cups of milk, 1 cup of coffee, 1 tsp Maca powder, 1 tsp Lucuma powder, 1 tsp Raw cacao, 1 pinch of salt, 1 date in your high speed blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth, then pour over 2 glasses filled with ice cubes. Enjoy your creamy, energizing latte!
