HEALTHY GREEN AVOCADO POPSICLES
A perfect summer snack for kids & adults ! Easy. Packed with vitamins (but as many of my recipes, you won't notice they are healthy).

POPSICLES
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup fresh ripe pineapple
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract
TOPPING
- 2 tbsp granola - (optional)
- Few blueberries - (optional)
POPSICLES
Mix all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 4 (medium sized) ice-pop molds, dividing evenly.
You can insert ice-pop sticks.
TOPPING
Sprinkle a bit of granola and few blueberries in the ice-pop mold (for the bottom layer).
Freeze them until firm (for at least 6 hours or overnight).
You can keep them up to 4 days in the freezer.
