HEALTHY GREEN AVOCADO POPSICLES

A perfect summer snack for kids & adults ! Easy. Packed with vitamins (but as many of my recipes, you won't notice they are healthy).

INGREDIENTS

POPSICLES

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup fresh ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract

TOPPING

  • 2 tbsp granola - (optional)
  • Few blueberries - (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

POPSICLES

  • Mix all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into 4 (medium sized) ice-pop molds, dividing evenly.
  • You can insert ice-pop sticks.

TOPPING

  • Sprinkle a bit of granola and few blueberries in the ice-pop mold (for the bottom layer).
  • Freeze them until firm (for at least 6 hours or overnight).
  • You can keep them up to 4 days in the freezer.
