Cut the avocado in half, using a sharp knife and take the stone out.
Brush the avocado with some easy ponzu sauce and let marinate few minutes.
In the meantime, take a skillet (grill pan) and heat it up to maximum heat.
Place the 2 halves avocado into the skillet downturned. Grill it for about 4-5 minutes until the avocado is getting a little softer and you get the grill traces on the avocado halves.
Place half avocado on a serving plate, with the rest of the ponzu sauce on the side for more dipping and with some lime slices.
Drizzle the other half avocado with more ponzu sauce and/or some lime on top. Put the sprouted quinoa seeds or the sesame seeds on a small plate and head the avocado with the cut face down in the sprouted quinoa or sesame seeds, squeeze slightly.
When covered with seeds, put the avocado carefully on the serving plate.
Season the avocado halves with salt and pepper and enjoy it immediately !
