GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH CUCUMBER AND SPINACH

A classic smoothie recipe so green and so good for the skin. I use to make it very often !

Ingredients
 

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 pear cored
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • cup silk tofu, or 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. The smoothie is done when no chunks remain.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy it straight away.
