CUCUMBER COCONUT WATER SMOOTHIE

A fresh smoothie, packed with nutrients and water, sweet in taste to wake up in a good mood !

Ingredients
 

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut water , (preferably fresh)
  • 2 small cucumbers , (or ½ of a big cucumber) no need to peel it if it is well washed
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until smooth.
