INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut water - (preferably fresh)
  • 2 small cucumbers - (or ½ of a big cucumber) no need to peel it
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Few ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until smooth.
