Prevent your screen from going dark
- 2 cans butter beans
- 1 small head broccoli
- 3 large tbsp green pesto, (try our green arugula pesto)
- 1 pinch of fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp tsp olive oil
BUTTER BEANS AND BROCCOLI
Open the 2 cans of butter beans and wash them under clear water.
Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
Steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes.
Heat a pan with olive oil.
Add the butter beans into the pan and heat them up.
When ready, mix the broccoli in.
Add the
pesto sauce and mix well altogether. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes to make it flavorful. Stir occasionally.
Place on a plate and serve immediately.
