AVOCADO BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
Main ingredient

ripe avocado
Extra ingredients - pick 1 or 2

fresh or dried tomatoes, chopped

tbsp
squeezed lime

fresh coriander leaves, chopped

tsp
cumin seeds

fresh chili, chopped

tbsp
feta, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
Simply mash your avocado with a fork or pulse it for a smooth texture in a small food processor.
Add 1 or 2 other ingredients to embellish your avocado butter and mash or pulse again. Flavor it as you wish with salt & pepper.
