1cupwatermelon
1cupstrawberries (approx. 9 pieces)
1cupfresh coconut water - or can (but without added sugar)
1tspchia seeds
½ or 1tbsphemp seeds
1tbspgoji berry - if they are too dry, let them sit and rehydrate them few minutes in hot water
Fewice cubes - for your glass
INSTRUCTIONS
You can precut the watermelon and strawberries one day ahead and place it in a glass jar in the fridge.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Prepare a glass with some ice cubes and pour this delicious smoothie. Enjoy.
