Preheat oven to 180 C (fan).
Wash the figs gently, cut off their stems and slice them evenly (about 1/2 cm thick).
Place them on a baking sheet using your oven tray (it might leak a bit so avoid using the oven rack). Sprinkle a bit of olive oil. Add salt, pepper & paprika to taste.
Roast them for 30-35 minutes.
Meanwhile, roast the nuts in a pan (medium heat) for 2-3 min, stirring continuously.
Remove the figs from the oven and let it cool for 10 min. Then place them delicately on a plate and sprinkle with pine nuts, pistachios and add capers. Enjoy!
