REFRESHING MANGO POPSICLES

Delicious and so refreshing mango popsicles recipe. This is the perfect snack, far away from all the chemicals you can find in all the usual popsicles you buy in store.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup - (optional)
  • 1 greek yoghurt of 170 gr *
  • 2 pinches vanilla powder or ½ vanilla pod

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the mango into pieces and place them into your food processor. Add the lime. Pulse until smooth.
  • Poor it into a pan and bring it to a boil for 1 to 2 min. Add if necessary 1/2 Tbsp of maple syrup and mix. Set aside and allow it to cool down. (Skip the boiling part if you don't have time. But it will enhance the mango sweetness and texture).
  • Mix the greek yoghurt with 1/2 Tbsp of maple syrup (optional) and vanilla powder. Stir it well until well combined.
  • Poor into the mould and alternate with the mango puree. Tap gently the mold into the counter to remove air bubbles. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
