OVERNIGHT OATS, SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS

I love this recipe, it's a deliciously creamy breakfast that can be gluten-free and packed with vitamins thanks to its fruits and superfood.

Ingredients

BASIC RECIPE for 3 breakfast bowls

  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • ½ cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 cups cashew milk
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla powder
  • 1 apple, shredded
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, (optional)

TOPPING (1)

  • 5-6 fresh physalis, cut in half
  • ½ peach, sliced
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp quinoa or millet pops

TOPPING (2)

  • 3 strawberries sliced
  • 20 blueberries
  • Few sliced almonds, toasted

TOPPING (3)

  • 1 fig, sliced
  • Few coconut chips
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the oats, the ground flax seeds, the vanilla powder, and the cashew milk altogether.
  • Shred the apple and stir it into the mixture. Add the sweetener, if you need some.
  • Divide the mixture into 3 bowls and cover them well. Place the bowls for at least 4 hours in the fridge or prepare the evening before and let it sit overnight.
  • Next morning, prepare the topping of your choice and arrange your bowls.
