In a medium bowl, mix the oats, the ground flax seeds, the vanilla powder, and the cashew milk altogether.
Shred the apple and stir it into the mixture. Add the sweetener, if you need some.
Divide the mixture into 3 bowls and cover them well. Place the bowls for at least 4 hours in the fridge or prepare the evening before and let it sit overnight.
Next morning, prepare the topping of your choice and arrange your bowls.
