I love matcha tea and more than everything I love to cook with matcha. This is an amazing matcha chia pudding, full of flavors (less boring than a classic chia pudding).
Put all the ingredients (except the matcha powder) together in a mixing bowl and whisk well for about 1-2 minutes. Wait 1-2 minutes and whisk again. Repeat it one more time to avoid lumps to form.
Add the matcha powder slowly and whisk vigorously until well combined.
Pour in a large bowl (or into 2 small bowls) and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes at least.
