As I don't eat cheese (very rarely, I might have goat cheese), all type of healthy spread are a big part of my diet. This green arugula pesto is super good and super simple (and you can use it for EVERYTHING).
Wash the arugula leaves and the basil. Drain them well.
Place all ingredients in a medium sized blender and mix until well combined. If the pesto is still too dry, add a little bit more water or oil (1 tbsp at a time) and mix it again. So easy!
