Energizing spirulina smoothie bowl

Smoothie bowl is a great alternative to any bread or gluten breakfast. This bowl made of 4 ingredients is powerful and keeps you full for a long time. A winner recipe.

Ingredients
 

BOWL

  • 1 ½ frozen banana
  • 2 fresh kiwis
  • 1 tbsp hemp powder or seeds
  • ½ tbsp spirulina

TOPPING

  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (organic and unsweetened)
  • ½ kiwi

Instructions
 

BOWL

  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Use the tamper to help everything blend evenly.

TOPPING

  • Decorate with the topping ingredients.
