CHIA PUDDING POPSICLES

What's best than get your protein through an ice cream ?! This is another amazing way to eat your chia seeds with iced strawberries, yum !

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1-2 juicy strawberries, cleaned and thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put 1 cup of almond milk, 1 1/2 Tbsp of chia seeds and a pinch of vanilla powder in a mixing bowl and whisk well for about 1 min. Wait 1-2 minutes and whisk again for about 1 min.
  • Slice thinly the strawberries and add 2-3 pieces to each mold (cups, tins,...).
  • Stir again your chia mixture and pour it into the ice-pop molds, dividing evenly.
  • If you use cups or muffin tins, cover first with plastic film, make a hole and place the wooden sticks through the hole.
  • Freeze them until firm (for at least 6 hours or overnight).
  • You can keep them up to 4 days in the freezer.
