Blend 1 cup of ice cubes until you reach a granite texture (10 seconds approximately in a high speed blender).
Scrap the sides, push the granite in the middle and add 1 ½ frozen bananas, 1 tablespoon of acai powder, 2 tablespoon of water or coconut water and 1 tablespoon of strawberry and coconut protein shake. Blend again (on speed 2 to 3). Stop and scrap if needed (repeat eventually) until you reach a creamy texture.
If the texture is too frozen, wait 1 to 2 minutes, scrap the sides and blend again until you reach the desire texture for your acai smoothie.
In a bowl, add 1 big tbsp of almond butter, add half of your acai smoothie, add 1 more big tbsp of almond butter and pour the rest of the acai smoothie over it.
Top and decorate as desired. Eat straight away.
