TURMERIC AND GINGER LATTE

A delicious latte, to calm down before to go to bed and so yummy ! Warm and comforting.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup non dairy milk - almond (or your favorite)
  • 1 tsp organic ground turmeric powder - (or 1/2 tsp fresh turmeric, grated)
  • ½ -1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or more if you like it sweet
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the milk in a pot. Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Pour in all the ingredients and reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes. Stir well occasionally.
  • Strain using a mini sieve and pour into a mug.
  • Serve it warm!
