EASY DAIRY FREE YOGURT WITH TOFU

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soft solken tofu - (or soft block tofu)
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 to 2 tsp maple syrup - optional
  • 1 to 2 tbsp water
  • Extra strawberries and blueberries, few mint leaves for toppings

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put strawberries and silk tofu in a medium blender. Add 1 tbsp of water and blend until smooth and creamy. Add an extra tbsp of water if needed.
  • Pour in a bowl. Top your creamy bowl with strawberries, blueberries and some fresh mint leaves. Enjoy straight away.
