INGREDIENTS
ALMOND MILK
1 cupalmond, soaked overnight
3 cupswater
SUPERFOOD ICED COFFEE LATTE
1 cupfreshly brewed coffee
1 tspmaca powder
1 tsplucuma powder
1 tspraw cacao
1 pinchof Himalayan salt
1date, optional
Fewice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE
Be sure that you have some coffee ready or make it first (let it cool down and set in the fridge while you do the rest).
ALMOND MILK*
Soak the nuts in a big bowl overnight.
The next morning drain the nuts and wash them.
Add the nuts in a high speed blender and add 3 cups of water.
Blend them for approx. 30 seconds.
Sieve the milk through a nut milk bag.
SUPERFOOD ICED COFFEE LATTE
Put milk, 1 cup of coffee, 1 tsp of maca powder, 1 tsp of lucuma powder, 1 tsp of raw cacao, 1 pinch of salt, 1 date (optional) and few ice cubes in your high speed blender and blend for few seconds. It’s ready !**
Notes & Tips
*this recipe will take only 10 min if your almond milk is ready.**if you don't drink it straight away and keep it in the fridge for few hours, you'll need to shake it up before to drink it.
