SUPERFOOD ICED COFFEE LATTE

INGREDIENTS

ALMOND MILK

  • 1 cup almond, soaked overnight
  • 3 cups water

SUPERFOOD ICED COFFEE LATTE

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 date, optional
  • Few ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE

  • Be sure that you have some coffee ready or make it first (let it cool down and set in the fridge while you do the rest).

ALMOND MILK*

  • Soak the nuts in a big bowl overnight.
  • The next morning drain the nuts and wash them.
  • Add the nuts in a high speed blender and add 3 cups of water.
  • Blend them for approx. 30 seconds.
  • Sieve the milk through a nut milk bag.

SUPERFOOD ICED COFFEE LATTE

  • Put milk, 1 cup of coffee, 1 tsp of maca powder, 1 tsp of lucuma powder, 1 tsp of raw cacao, 1 pinch of salt, 1 date (optional) and few ice cubes in your high speed blender and blend for few seconds. It’s ready !**

Notes & Tips

*this recipe will take only 10 min if your almond milk is ready.
**if you don't drink it straight away and keep it in the fridge for few hours, you'll need to shake it up before to drink it.
